Each home is individually designed, custom to your ideas and needs. 20% of our homes are repeat clients, client family and friends, or the neighbours of past clients. Clients know exactly where their money is going because we make the four cost components transparent. For example, our clients have the freedom to buy their own PC items, or they can chose to buy a Nu-Steel package.
Our service includes 3D design, exterior/interior design, architectural designs, Greensmart accreditation, workshop drawings, engineering and build cycle support.
