The Network is a major part of
Nu-Steel Homes Group operations.
The Home Construction and Kit Homes Division essentially
comprises a well established structure. It is through
this network that the Nu-Steel Homes Group is focussed on
maximising market share. Through the endeavours of the
Australian Licensees, the Nu-Steel Homes Group is able to
reach their ultimate goal of maximising the construction
of steel framed homes, and associated businesses.
In the short term, the focus for the Home Construction
and Kit Homes Division is on the expansion of the Network
within Australia. Thereby Nu-Steel Homes Group can create
a stronger presence in the market, which in turn will
generate more awareness of the products and public
inquiry for each office.
Nu-Steel Homes Group is committed to the Australian
Network's requirements, providing supportive services in
the areas of:
- Research
and Development;
- Marketing;
- Merchandise;
- Brand
Strength and Development; and
- Market
Expansion.
Each
Licensee is an independently owned and operated business,
trading under a National Name. Nu-Steel Homes Group has
provided ongoing supportive services to the network, as
well as active liaison with the offices around the
company on a regular basis, and therefore maintaining
active communication within the network. This ongoing
interaction has allowed Nu-Steel Homes Group to research
and provide the products and services that are in demand
within the market while providing a supportive role to
the individual operators.
